The Nactiv factory receives fresh açaí from the river islands of the Tocantins River in Pará, the state responsible for producing 90% of all açaí consumed in Brazil. Nactiv's smart logistics is one of the key factors in maintaining the fruit's freshness.

Fresh pulping and freeze-drying process

After the açaí is harvested, the logistics process is carried out by river, where the fruit is transferred for pulping and then sent directly to Nactiv's laboratory, where the freeze-drying process takes place. Nactiv's açaí undergoes a sophisticated and technological freeze-drying process to maintain 98% organic mass and only 2% water.

Nactiv açaí is shipped worldwide, maintaining its natural and organic quality. With Nactiv's unique smart freeze-drying process, we preserve the nutrients of the açaí, keeping all its qualities intact during transport. Nactiv açaí has a shelf life of 18 months.
